Location: The Thanet, Chalk Farm
Who are you as an artist? What is your gift as a performer? What is it you want to say in the world?
This workshop offers you the opportunity to focus on; your connection with yourself, listening to the body, allowing the body to move freely, releasing into impulses and physical explorations. You will be invited to explore the question of who you are as an artist. We will then take these questions into the body, allowing yourself to answer the questions physically.
